Return Window

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Customised or personalised orders
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +971 55 994 2423 with your order number.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Exchanges

To exchange a size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order.
