Shipping Policy

Domestic (UAE) Shipping

We offer standard delivery within the UAE in 2–4 business days. Free shipping applies to all orders above AED 325. A flat rate of AED 25 is charged for orders below this threshold.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the destination. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after OTP verification and payment confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp notification once your order ships, along with a tracking number.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp and email upon dispatch. Use this to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.
